Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information CS Imaging AI collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1.Who we are
CS Imaging AI, presented on this website under the Capital Studio brand, is operated by OAK HELPERS - FZCO, an IFZA-registered company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in collaboration with Capital Studios in Canada. OAK HELPERS - FZCO is responsible for the personal information processed through the CS Imaging AI website and service (the "Service"), as described in this Privacy Policy. For purchases, Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record and handles your payment information under its own privacy policy (see "Payments" below).
2.Information we collect
Account information. Your email address and, if you sign up with a password, your password (stored by our authentication provider in hashed form — we never see it).
Google sign-in. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We use them to identify you and show your name and picture in your account.
Photos you upload. The photographs you upload (including any information embedded in the image files, such as camera or location metadata) and the edited photos produced from them.
Processing and usage information. Records of your uploads and processing jobs — file names, status, timestamps, which upload batch they belong to, credits used, and sky replacements applied — and the in-app notifications we create when your photos are ready.
Subscription information. Your plan, subscription status, billing period, additional-photo quantity, and the customer and subscription identifiers Paddle gives us. We do not receive or store your full card or bank details.
Preferences. Your choice about receiving "photos ready" emails.
Messages you send us. When you use our contact form: your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically receives technical data such as your IP address, browser type and request logs when you use the website. We also use IP addresses briefly to limit abuse of our contact form.
3.How we use information
- to create and secure your account and sign you in;
- to process your photos and deliver the results;
- to count and enforce photo credits and plan limits, and to apply your subscription;
- to send transactional emails, such as a "your photos are ready" email when an upload finishes (you can turn these off in Settings → Notifications);
- to show in-app notifications about your photos;
- to answer your messages and provide support;
- to understand, in aggregate, how the website is used and to improve the Service;
- to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems; and
- to meet legal and accounting obligations.
4.Service providers we use
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Supabase — account authentication, our database, and private storage of your uploaded photos.
- Google — Google sign-in, if you choose to use it.
- Stager AI — the AI photo-processing provider that receives your uploaded photos, processes them, and hosts the edited results.
- Paddle — checkout, payments, subscriptions, invoicing and tax, as Merchant of Record.
- Resend — sending our transactional emails (contact-form messages to our team and "photos ready" emails to you).
- Vercel — hosting the website and our server functions, and Vercel Web Analytics, which gives us aggregate statistics about how the website is used (see "Cookies, browser storage and analytics").
- Google Fonts and Unsplash — our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and some website images from Unsplash, which means your browser connects to their servers and they receive your IP address.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
5.Payments
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. You enter your payment details directly into Paddle's checkout, and Paddle processes them under its own privacy policy. We receive only the subscription information described above, never your full card details.
7.How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as it's needed for the purposes described in this policy:
- Original photos you upload are deleted automatically once they have been successfully processed. Uploads that are not processed may remain stored until they are deleted.
- Edited photos are hosted by our AI processing provider; we do not guarantee that they remain available for any particular period, so please download the photos you need.
- Account, subscription and processing records are kept while your account is active and afterwards as needed for legal, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes.
- Contact-form messages are kept in our support inbox for as long as needed to handle your request.
You can ask us to delete your account and associated information at any time (see "Your choices and rights").
8.Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information — for example, encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls that limit each account to its own data, and private storage for uploaded photos. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9.Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email admin@csimagingai.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
You can turn "photos ready" emails on or off at any time in Settings → Notifications. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
10.International processing
Our service providers operate in different countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers for such transfers.
11.Children
The Service is intended for professional and business use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12.Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. If we make a material change, we will give you notice — for example by email or on the website.
