Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026
CS Imaging AI, presented on this website under the Capital Studio brand, is operated by OAK HELPERS - FZCO, an IFZA-registered company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in collaboration with Capital Studios in Canada. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds and photo credits work for CS Imaging AI subscriptions and one-time photo credit purchases. See also our Terms of Service.
1.Paddle is our Merchant of Record
All purchases of CS Imaging AI subscriptions and one-time photo credits made through this website are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle, to your original payment method where possible, under Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms, which explain how and within what timeframes refund requests are reviewed.
This policy covers purchases made through this website's checkout: subscriptions (the Professional and Business plans and additional photos) and one-time photo credits bought on the Starter plan. Agency (custom) arrangements are not sold through the website or Paddle checkout; their billing is agreed directly with us.
This page explains how refunds and cancellations work for our Service specifically. It does not limit Paddle's ability to issue a refund, or any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer-protection laws where you live — where those give you more rights, they apply.
2.Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time using the link in your Paddle receipt email or at paddle.net. You can also email us at admin@csimagingai.com and we will help you cancel.
- Cancellation stops all future renewals of your plan and any additional photos.
- It takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your plan and remaining credits stay available until then.
- Cancelling on its own does not refund the current billing period; if you believe you are owed a refund, please request one as described below.
3.Requesting a refund
To request a refund, use the support link in your Paddle receipt email or visit paddle.net and select the refund option. You're also welcome to contact us first at admin@csimagingai.com — include the email address on your account and, if possible, your order or receipt number — and we will help with the request.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case in line with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable law. Relevant factors can include the reason for the request and how much of the Service has been used during the billing period.
4.Photos already processed
Each successfully delivered photo uses one photo credit. Subject to applicable law and Paddle's refund rules, a credit that has been used is not restored, and its charge is not refunded, simply because you later decide you don't want the processed photo. If a delivered photo has a genuine processing problem, please contact us so we can look into it.
5.Failed processing
If a photo fails to process, it does not use a photo credit — the credit remains available in your allowance for that period, and you can upload the photo again. Because no credit is consumed, a failed photo does not automatically trigger a monetary refund.
6.Unused credits
Monthly photo credits reset at the start of each billing period (and each calendar month on the free Starter plan). Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next period and cannot be exchanged for cash. One-time purchased credits are different: see "One-time photo credits" below.
7.Additional photos
Additional photos are a recurring monthly addition to your subscription, billed together with your plan. They follow the same rules as your plan: cancelling or removing them stops future charges from the end of the current billing period, used credits are not restored, and unused ones do not roll over.
8.One-time photo credits
One-time photo credits do not expire and stay in your account until used. Refund requests for a one-time purchase are made and reviewed in the same way as any other purchase, as described above.
A purchased credit counts as used from the moment a photo is submitted for processing against it, whether or not that photo has been delivered yet. If a one-time purchase is refunded in full, the credits from that purchase that have not been used are removed from your account. Credits that have been used, including credits committed to photos still being processed at the time of the refund, are not removed and are not restored afterwards. Photos already delivered remain yours.
If a photo fails to process, its purchased credit is returned to your account and can be used again, unless the purchase that credit came from has since been refunded.
9.Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged twice or charged incorrectly, contact Paddle through paddle.net or email us at admin@csimagingai.com. We will look into it with Paddle, and confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges will be corrected through Paddle's refund process.
